Mission Statement
The purpose of the Association shall be to encourage and maintain the highest possible standard of service by volunteer forces of the Division of Forest Protection, Pennsylvania Bureau of Forestry, within and beyond the boundaries of the area designed as District # 17. The purpose is to be served by promoting friendship among the Forest Fire Wardens, increase contact among the same, and fellowship between the forest fire crews these wardens represent. This purpose is also to be served by facilitating fire prevention and training opportunities within District # 17. This purpose is also to be served by exchange, collection and preservation of information as it refers to the history of the Forest Fire Wardens service in Pennsylvania
